Ideation
I did a quick ideation exercise to come up with ideas for how to address gaps identified in the competitive audit. My focus was specifically on applying for a health plan and simple healthy tips.

Usability Testing
To prepare for usability testing, I created low-fidelity prototypes that connected the user flow of applying for a health plan in the mobile app and in the website.

High-Fidelity App Prototype
The hi-fi prototype followed the same user flow as the lo-fi prototype, and included the design changes made after the usability study.
