Hiking App Design
Challenge: Users need a platform where they can find places to go hiking and save their favorite place's trail map in case they loss signal during their hike.

Usability Testing
​
I asked the participants to create a new account, pretend to forget the password to do password restore process and then login into their account. They felt very familiarized with the process.​
Creating an account/Login/Forgot Password

Download Trail Map
​
I asked the participants to find a way to download a save the hiking trail they are deciding to do and make sure that the map has been saved. The process took a little bit more of time than expected but most users got it in less than 30 seconds. ​
Search Activities Based on Filters
​
I asked the participants to find a place that matches their filters such as distance and rating. They felt comfortable during the process and liked this feature.
Add a Review
​
I asked the participants to find the reviews of a place and then write a review by writing something and adding pictures. They were familiarized with the process but confused of selecting between the "reviews"​ option and the "read" option.
